What is up with this weighing scale? People are so much into diet nowadays. These set of people even include teenagers like me. In my opinion diet is not bad unless we do it the right way. We call it the balanced diet along with exercise. Some people associate diet with absolutely not eating anything or just having cereals for the whole day. When we say balanced diet, it is eating healthy foods and less of those fattening ones. If you do diet the wrong way it may cause you sickness. And who would like to be sick, right? I know we all want to be sexy and all that but please, let us watch our attitude toward this.
